Common use of Obligations of Successors Clause in Contracts

Obligations of Successors. Each of the provisions of this Lease shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and, except as otherwise specifically provided in this Lease, their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, subject, however, to all agreements, covenants and restrictions contained elsewhere in this Lease with respect to the assignment, transfer, encumbrance or subletting of all or any part of Tenant's interest in this Lease or the Premises.
