Common use of Obligations of the Academy Trust Clause in Contracts

Obligations of the Academy Trust. The Academy Trust shall keep the School premises clean and tidy and make good any damage it causes to the School premises and / or any deterioration to the condition of the School premises that may arise from the date of this Agreement, save that the Academy Trust shall ensure that any actions undertaken in compliance with this clause shall be consistent with the terms of the Lease and ownership of the Land.
