Common use of Obligations of the Adviser Clause in Contracts

Obligations of the Adviser. (a) The Adviser shall provide (or cause Series 11 and/or SP11’s Custodian (as defined in paragraph 6 hereof) to provide) timely information to the Trader regarding such matters as the composition of the Allocated Assets, cash requirements and cash available for investment in the Allocated Assets, and all other information as may be reasonably necessary for the Trader to perform its responsibilities hereunder.

Obligations of the Adviser. (a) The Adviser shall provide (or cause Series 11 2 and/or SP11SP2’s Custodian (as defined in paragraph 6 hereof) to provide) timely information to the Trader regarding such matters as the composition of the Allocated Assets, cash requirements and cash available for investment in the Allocated Assets, and all other information as may be reasonably necessary for the Trader to perform its responsibilities hereunder.

Obligations of the Adviser. (a) The Adviser shall provide (or cause Series 11 6 and/or SP11SP6’s Custodian (as defined in paragraph Section 6 hereof) to provide) timely information to the Trader regarding such matters as the composition of the Allocated Assets, cash requirements and cash available for investment in the Allocated Assets, and all other information as may be reasonably necessary for the Trader to perform its responsibilities hereunder.

(a) The Adviser shall provide (or cause Series 11 8 and/or SP11SP8’s Custodian (as defined in paragraph Section 6 hereof) to provide) timely information to the Trader regarding such matters as the composition of the Allocated Assets, cash requirements and cash available for investment in the Allocated Assets, and all other information as may be reasonably necessary for the Trader to perform its responsibilities hereunder.

(a) The Adviser shall provide (or cause Series 11 15 and/or SP11’s SP15's Custodian (as defined in paragraph 6 hereof) to provide) timely information to the Trader regarding such matters as the composition of the Allocated Assets, cash requirements and cash available for investment in the Allocated Assets, and all other information as may be reasonably necessary for the Trader to perform its responsibilities hereunder.

Obligations of the Adviser. (a) The Adviser shall provide (or cause the Series 11 10 and/or SP11SP10’s Custodian (as defined in paragraph 6 hereof) to provide) timely information to the Trader regarding such matters as the composition of the Allocated Assets, cash requirements and cash available for investment in the Allocated Assets, and all other information as may be reasonably necessary for the Trader to perform its responsibilities hereunder.

Obligations of the Adviser. (a) The Adviser shall provide (or cause Series 11 16 and/or SP11SP16’s Custodian (as defined in paragraph 6 hereof) to provide) timely information to the Trader regarding such matters as the composition of the Allocated Assets, cash requirements and cash available for investment in the Allocated Assets, and all other information as may be reasonably necessary for the Trader to perform its responsibilities hereunder.

(a) The Adviser shall provide (or cause Series 11 5 and/or SP11SP5’s Custodian (as defined in paragraph 6 5 hereof) to provide) timely information to the Trader regarding such matters as the composition of the Allocated Assets, cash requirements and cash available for investment in the Allocated Assets, and all other information as may be reasonably necessary for the Trader to perform its responsibilities hereunder.

Obligations of the Adviser. (a) The Adviser shall provide (or cause Series 11 12 and/or SP11SPC 12’s Custodian (as defined in paragraph 6 hereof) to provide) timely information to the Trader regarding such matters as the composition of the Allocated Assets, cash requirements and cash available for investment in the Allocated Assets, and all other information as may be reasonably necessary for the Trader to perform its responsibilities hereunder.
