Obligations of the Bank. 一、 貴行應以善良管理人之注意，為立約人處理晶片金融卡消費扣款及帳務事宜。 The Bank has the obligation to process the Principal's Smart Pay transactions within the duty of care of a prudent manager. 二、 有關立約人消費扣款帳務資訊之揭露，貴行應以對帳單、存摺或其他約定之方式，提供每筆交易紀錄以供立約人核對。 The Bank must provide to the Principal details of all Smart Pay transactions in the form of statements, passbook entries or other agreed methods to facilitate verification by the Principal. 第 7 條(業務委託)
