Common use of OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER Clause in Contracts

OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER. The Buyer may, but shall have no obligation to, take any action or commence any proceeding to realize upon any Purchased Receivable. At such time as the Servicer or the Seller, as the case may be, has any obligation to pursue the collection of Purchased Receivables and the Buyer possesses any documents necessary therefor, the Buyer agrees to furnish such documents to the Servicer or the Seller, as the case may be, to the extent and for the period necessary for the Servicer or the Seller, as the case may be, to comply with its obligations hereunder.
