Obligations of the Company and the Managed Subsidiaries. (a) The Company and the Managed Subsidiaries will do all things reasonably necessary on their part as requested by the Manager consistent with the terms of this Agreement to enable the Company, the Managed Subsidiaries and the Manager, as the case may be, to fulfill their obligations under this Agreement.
