Common use of Obligations of the Corporation Unconditional Clause in Contracts

Obligations of the Corporation Unconditional. Nothing contained in this Note is intended to or shall impair, as between the Corporation and the Holder, the obligation of the Corporation, which is absolute and unconditional, to pay to the Holder all Amounts Payable, as and when the same shall become due and payable in accordance with their terms, or to affect the relative rights of the Holder and other creditors of the Corporation (other than the holders of Senior Indebtedness), except as provided in Section 5.2(b).

Obligations of the Corporation Unconditional.
