Common use of Obligations of the Depositor Clause in Contracts

Obligations of the Depositor. The obligations of the Depositor under this Agreement will not be affected by reason of any invalidity, illegality or irregularity of the 2013-B Exchange Note or any Collateral Lease or Collateral Leased Vehicle included in the 2013-B Reference Pool.
