Obligations of the Hermes Agent and the Lenders. (a) Promptly upon receipt of the Hermes Insurance Policy from Hermes, the Hermes Agent shall (subject to any confidentiality undertakings given to Hermes by the Hermes Agent pursuant to the terms of the Hermes Insurance Policy) send a copy thereof to the Borrower.
