Common use of Obligations of the Joint Venture Clause in Contracts

Obligations of the Joint Venture. The Parties agree that upon the establishment of the Joint Venture pursuant to this Deed, they shall use their best efforts to cause the Joint Venture to become a party to this Deed. All references to the obligations of the Joint Venture are subject to the Joint Venture being a party to this Deed.
