Obligations of the Limited Partners. Except as set forth in Section 5.01 above, in no event shall the Limited Partners have any obligation or duty to contribute capital or make a loan or loans to the Partnership. In no event shall the Limited Partners be liable or accountable in damages or otherwise to the Partnership or to any third party for any debts or liabilities of the Partnership.
