Obligations of the Owner and the Servicer Related to Servicing Transfers. The Owner and the Servicer shall take the following actions with respect to each Mortgage Loan that the Owner desires to have serviced by the Servicer hereunder in order to effect the transfer of servicing to the Servicer on the related Servicing Transfer Date:
