Obligations on the Business Sellers. In this Part 4 of Schedule 3, any reference to an obligation on the part of the Business Sellers (or any of them, as the case may be) shall be read as if it were an obligation on the part of the Seller to procure performance of such obligation by the Business Seller or Business Sellers in question.
