Common use of Obligations preserved Clause in Contracts

Obligations preserved. Where disclosure is permitted under clause 11.2, other than clauses 11.2(c) and 11.2(d), the Party making such disclosure shall ensure that the recipient of the information is subject to the same obligation of confidentiality as that contained in this Agreement.

Where disclosure is permitted under clause 11.2Clause 10.2 (Disclosure of Confidential Information), other than clauses 11.2(cClauses 10.2.1(v) and 11.2(d10.2.1(vi), the Party making such disclosure shall ensure that the recipient of the information is subject to the same obligation of confidentiality as that contained in this Agreement.

Where disclosure is permitted under clause 11.210.2 (Permitted Disclosure), other than clauses 11.2(c) 10.2.2, 10.2.4, 10.2.5, 10.2.7 and 11.2(d)10.2.10, the Party making such disclosure providing the information shall ensure procure that the recipient of the information is shall be subject to the same obligation of confidentiality as that contained in this Agreement.
