Common use of Obligations preserved Clause in Contracts

Obligations preserved. Where disclosure is permitted under clause 19.2, other than clauses 19.2(d) and 19.2(e), the Party making such disclosure shall ensure that the recipient of the information is subject to the same obligation of confidentiality as that contained in this Agreement.

Where disclosure is permitted under clause 19.220.2, other than clauses 19.2(d20.2(d) and 19.2(e20.2(e), the Party making such disclosure shall ensure that the recipient of the information is subject to the same obligation of confidentiality as that contained in this Agreement.
