Common use of Obligations preserved Clause in Contracts

Obligations preserved. Where disclosure is permitted under clause 69.2 (Permitted Disclosure) (other than clauses 69.2(b), 69.2(d), 69.2(e), 69.2(h) and 69.2(j)) the party providing the information shall use reasonable endeavours to procure that the recipient of the information shall be subject to the same obligation of confidentiality as that contained in this Contract.
