Obligations relating to Refuse. Without limiting Parts 13 or 14, the Sublessee will not cause, permit or suffer any refuse, rubbish or debris to be placed or left in, on or about the Leased Premises or the Development, and will take all necessary precautions to protect the Leased Premises and the Development against fire.
