Obligations Secured; Continuing Security Interest. The security interest granted hereby secures the full and timely payment of all Secured Obligations. Debtor agrees that this Agreement shall create a continuing security interest in the Collateral which shall remain in effect until the Discharge of Obligations. “Secured Obligations” means, collectively, (i) the “Obligations” as defined in the First Loan Agreement, (ii) the “Obligations as defined in the Second Loan Agreement, and (iii) the obligations of Debtor hereunder.
