Obligations Solely Those of the Borrower. The obligations of the Borrower under this Collateral Agency Agreement, the Warehouse Facilities and any Closed-End Exchange Notes are solely the obligations of the Borrower and do not represent any obligation of or interest in any assets of the Closed-End Servicer, the Initial Beneficiary, the Closed-End Collateral Agent, the Closed-End Administrative Agent or any other Person.
