Common use of Obligations; Successors; Recordation Clause in Contracts

Obligations; Successors; Recordation. If Tenant consists of more than one person or entity, the obligations and liabilities of those persons or entities are joint and several. Time is of the essence of this Lease. Subject to the restrictions in Article 18 or elsewhere in this Lease, this Lease inures to the benefit of and binds Landlord, Tenant and their respective successors and assigns and anyone who acquires an interest in this Lease, or in the case of Landlord anyone who acquires title to the Premises. Tenant will not record this Lease, but each party agrees on the written request of the other, to execute a notice of lease in recordable form and in customary form reasonably satisfactory to Landlord's attorney.
