OBLIGATIONS SURVIVE TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT. The Parties' rights and obligations that by their nature would extend beyond the termination or expiration of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the confidentiality, non-solicit and non-compete provisions, shall survive such termination or expiration.
