OBLIGATIONS SURVIVE TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT. Any termination of Grantee’s employment with the Company shall not impair or relieve Grantee of his obligations hereunder that otherwise survive the termination of this Agreement pursuant to their respective terms or by their nature.
