Common use of OBLIGATIONS TO ASSIST Clause in Contracts

OBLIGATIONS TO ASSIST. 5.1 Treasure Data shall, taking into account the information available to Treasure Data and the nature of the Processing, provide reasonable assistance to Customer as required under applicable European Data Protection Legislation in ensuring compliance with Customer’s obligations relating to data protection impact assessments and prior consulting obligations with the competent Supervisory Authority. Treasure Data may charge Customer for reasonable costs and expenses incurred as a result of such assistance.
