Obligations Unaffected. Except as expressly set forth to the contrary in Section 6 of this Agreement, the obligations of Grantee under this Agreement shall be independent of, and unaffected by, and shall not affect, other agreements, if any, binding Grantee which apply to Grantee’s business activities during and/or subsequent to Grantee’s employment by the Company or any of its direct or indirect subsidiaries or affiliates.
