Obligations Unaffected. The obligations of the Company and the Master Servicer to the Collateral Agent, the Administrative Agent, the Funding Agents and the Lenders under this Agreement shall not be affected by reason of any invalidity, illegality or irregularity of any of the Receivables or any sale of any of the Receivables.
