Obligations Under Article III. The obligations under this Article III of each Borrower that is a Domestic Subsidiary shall be joint and several in nature. The obligations under this Article III of all Designated Borrowers that are Foreign Subsidiaries and of the Specified Designated Borrower shall be several in nature.
