Common use of Obligations Under Force Majeure Clause in Contracts

Obligations Under Force Majeure. (i) If an Affected Party is rendered unable, wholly or in part, by a Force Majeure Event, to carry out some or all of its obligations under this Agreement, then, during the continuance of such inability, the obligation of such Affected Party to perform the obligations so affected shall be suspended.
