Obligations Under Organizational Documentation for Pledged Interests. Each Debtor will perform all of its duties and obligations under the Organizational Documentation for Pledged Interests, and such Debtor shall take all actions necessary (including the payment of all amounts due and owing and/or arising under the Organizational Documentation for Pledged Interests) to preserve its ownership interest(s) in such entity unless otherwise permitted by the terms of the Credit Agreement.
