(a) Neither Company nor Supplier shall be liable by reason of the termination, expiration or non-renewal of this Agreement to the other for compensation, reimbursement or damages on account of the loss of prospective or anticipated revenues or on account of expenditures, investments, leases or commitments in connection with the business or good will of Company or Supplier or otherwise.
