Common use of Obligations Upon Resignation or Removal Clause in Contracts

Obligations Upon Resignation or Removal. In the event of the resignation or removal of the Trustee, the Trustee shall, upon receiving written notice from the Company that a successor trustee has been appointed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, transfer title to and pay over to the successor trustee appointed under section 12.4 hereof, all of the Property of the Trust Fund and all relevant books and records maintained by the Trustee for the purpose of its responsibilities under this Agreement. Upon such transfer, the Trustee shall be relieved of all future responsibilities under this Agreement.
