Obligations with Respect to Contracts; Modifications. The Servicer will duly fulfill and comply with, in all material respects, all obligations on the part of the Seller to be fulfilled or complied with under or in connection with each Contract related to Purchased Receivables and will do nothing to impair the rights of the Administrative Agent or the Purchasers in, to and under the Purchased Receivables and the related Financed Aircraft. The Servicer will perform such obligations under the Contracts and will not change or modify the Contracts, except as otherwise provided in subsection 7.1(b)(iv) of this Agreement.
