Obligations with Respect to Contracts; Modifications. The Servicer will duly fulfill and comply with, in all material respects, all obligations on the part of the Issuer to be fulfilled or complied with under or in connection with each Contract in the Contracts Pool and will do nothing to impair the rights of the Indenture Trustee and the Holders in, to and under the Pledged Assets. The Servicer will perform such obligations under the Contracts in the Contracts Pool and will not change or modify the Contracts, except as otherwise permitted hereby.
