Common use of Obligations with Respect to Conveyed Assets Clause in Contracts

Obligations with Respect to Conveyed Assets. Each of the Sellers will duly fulfill all obligations on its part to be fulfilled under or in connection with each Contract and each Source Agreement, and will do nothing to impair the rights of the Owner Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, the Note Insurer or the Indenture Trustee in any of the Conveyed Assets.
