Obligations with Respect to Lease Contracts. The Transferor will duly fulfill all obligations on its part to be fulfilled under or in connection with each Lease Contract and will do nothing to impair the rights of the Trustee (for the benefit of the Certificateholders and MBIA) in the Lease Receiv xxxxx, the Lease Contracts and any other Trust Estate. As long as there is no event of default under the applicable Lease Contract, the Transferor will not disturb the Customer's quiet and peaceful possession of the related Equipment and the Customer's unrestricted use thereof for its intended purpose.
