Obligations With Respect to Receivables. Prior to the applicable Purchase Date, the Seller shall, at its own expense, take any such steps as are necessary to maintain perfection of the security interest, if any, created by each Contract; provided, however, that the Seller shall not be required to file any UCC financing statement with respect to any Obligor.
