Obligations with Respect to Transferred Notes Receivable. The Servicer and the Sub-Servicer will duly fulfill and comply with all obligations on the part of the Buyer to be fulfilled or complied with under or in connection with each Transferred Note Receivable under this Agreement, the Loan Agreement or any other Loan Document and will do nothing to impair the rights of the Buyer or the Agent, on behalf of Lender Group, in, to and under the Collateral.
