Obligations with Respect to Transfers and Exchanges of Definitive Warrants. (i) To permit registrations of transfers and exchanges, the Company shall execute, at the Warrant Agent's request, and the Warrant Agent shall authenticate Definitive Warrants and Global Warrants.
