Common use of Obligations with Respect to Transfers and Exchanges of Notes Clause in Contracts

Obligations with Respect to Transfers and Exchanges of Notes. (a) To permit registrations of transfers and exchanges, the Company shall execute and the Trustee, upon receipt of a Company Order, shall authenticate, Definitive Notes and Global Notes at the Security Registrar’s request.
