Obligations with Respect to Transfers or Exchanges of Certificated Preference Warrants. To permit registrations of transfers or exchanges completed in accordance with the provisions hereof, the Company shall execute, at the Preference Warrant Agent's request, and the Preference Warrant Agent shall authenticate, Certificated Preference Warrants and Global Preference Warrants.
