Common use of Obligor Bound by Indenture Clause in Contracts

Obligor Bound by Indenture. The Indenture has been submitted to the Obligor for examination, and the Obligor, by execution of this Agreement, acknowledges and agrees that it has participated in the drafting of the Indenture and agrees that it has approved the Indenture and agrees that it is bound by and shall have the rights set forth by the terms and conditions thereof and covenants and agrees to perform all obligations required of the Obligor pursuant to the terms of the Indenture.
