Obligor Defaults and Bankruptcy Events. The Borrower shall give, or shall cause the Servicer to give, notice to the Administrative Agent within two Business Days of the Borrower’s, the Transferor’s or the Servicer’s actual knowledge of the occurrence of any default by an Obligor under any Loan Asset or any Bankruptcy Event with respect to any Obligor under any Loan Asset. Together with such notification, the Borrower or the Servicer shall inform the Administrative Agent whether, to the knowledge of the Borrower or Servicer, as applicable, such event constitutes a Value Adjustment Event.
