Obligor Defaults and Bankruptcy Events. To the extent that the Administrative Agent has not received such notice from a Loan Party or the Servicer in writing, such Loan Party shall give, or shall cause the Servicer to give, notice to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders within two (2) Business Days of the occurrence of any payment default, other than expenses, by an Obligor under any Loan Asset or any Bankruptcy Event with respect to any Obligor under any Loan Asset.
