Common use of Obligors: Power of Attorney Clause in Contracts

Obligors: Power of Attorney. Each Obligor by way of security for its obligations under this Agreement irrevocably appoints the Security and Intercreditor Agent to be its attorney to do anything which that Obligor has authorised the Security and Intercreditor Agent or any other Party to do under this Agreement or is itself required to do under this Agreement but has failed to do (and the Security and Intercreditor Agent may delegate that power on such terms as it sees fit).
