Common use of Observance of Agreements Clause in Contracts

Observance of Agreements. Observe and perform all the terms and conditions of all material agreements to which any of them or any other Credit Party is party and shall diligently protect and enforce their respective rights under all such agreements in a manner consistent with prudent business judgment.

Observance of Agreements.
