Common use of Observance of Agreements Clause in Contracts

Observance of Agreements. Duly observe and perform all material terms and conditions of all material agreements with respect to the exploitation of items of Product and diligently protect and enforce the rights of the Credit Parties under all such agreements in a manner consistent with prudent business judgment and subject to the terms and conditions of such agreements.
