Observance of Covenants. The Pledgor shall at any time fail to observe, satisfy or perform any of the covenants or agreements contained in Article 3 or 4 hereof or fail to comply with any other provision contained herein and such default shall continue unremedied for a period of twenty (20) Business Days after written notice of the existence of such default shall have been received by the Pledgor from the Collateral Agent; or
