Common use of Observance of Environmental Laws Clause in Contracts

Observance of Environmental Laws. The Borrowers will observe and comply, and will cause the Material Subsidiaries to observe and comply, in all material respects at all times with the provisions of all Environmental Laws, and from time to time upon request by the Lenders through the Administration Agent shall provide to the Administration Agent evidence satisfactory to the Lenders that the Borrowers and the Material Subsidiaries are not in breach in any material way of any Environmental Laws. The Borrowers will use, and will cause the Material Subsidiaries to use, reasonable commercial efforts to conduct their business and use their properties so as not to cause material environmental damage.
