Observance of Laws and Regulations. the Agent shall observe all government laws and regulations applicable to the sale of air transportation, or any other acts performed by the Agent under this Agreement, in the territory or territories where the Approved Locations of the Agent are situated and in all territories to or through which the Agent may sell air passenger transportation.
