Observance of Laws and Regulations. Exhibitor shall abide by and observe all laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances of any applicable government authority and all rules of the State in which the Facility is located. In addition, Exhibitor must observe all union regulations and electrical codes to which the Facility is subject. Exhibitor shall observe and abide by any additional regulations now or hereafter set forth by CII for the safe, efficient and successful operation of the Event.
