Observation by Customer Sample Clauses
Observation by Customer. During the Term, Customer shall have the right, at Customer’s sole cost and expense, during normal business hours and upon reasonable notice, to visit the Facility in order to ensure that the Processing complies with applicable legal requirements and the Specification, as applicable. Agilent shall reasonably cooperate with Customer to permit Customer such access in connection with such visits. At all times while in attendance at the Facility, Customer agrees to comply with all Agilent health and safety protocols and other policies and procedures applicable to visitation of the Facility as notified by Agilent to Customer prior to or during such attendance. Such visits shall not interfere with Agilent’s operations.
Observation by Customer. During the Term, Customer shall have the right to visit the Facility (such as through person-in-plant visits) in order to ensure that the Processing complies with applicable legal requirements and the Specification, as applicable, in accordance with any Agilent policies and procedures for the Facility and the Quality Agreement. Such visits shall not interfere with Agilent’s operations.
